Was harassed outside my downtown apartment. Officer followed me because I had a "nice car." My street was closed to public access for an event. I was able to prove I lived there. He would not listen and walked away immaturely. I have those sole 2 points on my record. Meanwhile drugs are being done by homeless people on the steps of my building and that's ok to them.

Cleveland is a friendly city.
