I had a frustrating and questionable experience with an internet sales manager. I was quoted for a specific car with a black interior, and when I arrived I was surprised to see that it was gray. This wasn't a big deal in itself, but the sales manager proceeded to tell me this is what I had asked for. I did not appreciate being lied to and walked away on the spot. I calmed down and returned the next day to purchase the vehicle - I was upset by principle but frankly the deal was great. Hendrick Honda seems to have the largest presence and inventory but they shouldn't let that undermine improvements to service and the buying experience.
