Nothing but problems and threats !!

I bought 2 laser machines through Trotec Germany and both machines had problems relatively quickly.
One machine (Speedy 400), despite laser protection class 1, fired the laser with the lid open and without command. There was a significant risk to our employees here.
Even a Trotec sales representative saw this live and said it was due to Tickle Power. Afterwards, neither the employee nor anyone could remember the incident !!

In addition, the machine cuts and engraves poorly, as I will illustrate in the photo and shortly on a YouTube video. At first, it cuts quite normally and all of a sudden the laser only scans the contour. Of course this means that the job is over (time, material = total loss) or you have to edit the job again (if possible remove the cut elements again and save what needs to be cut again) and have a considerable loss of time.
As a result, we have a very high scrap of material. Only something was changed on the tickle power and should then work again. But the problem persists to this day and it is not taken care of. Instead, the management from Germany said that we were operating the machine incorrectly and that we were "even" offered free training that we had refused.
For one, we would accept any training. Furthermore, this is simply untrue. We operate the machine correctly and this has also been confirmed by the technicians !! Furthermore, you can also see in the photos that these are hairlines that the Trotec system simply does not notice and this without a scheme. Next time it works. The technicians could not explain this themselves.
The other machine (Speedy 100 Fiber) also only has problems. When engraving (branding), the power suddenly drops and actually no longer engraves. A clean engraving result is not possible at all.
Everything has already been tried and the problem was said to only exist with us.
However, I could already notice the opposite in forums and Facebook groups. Other customers also have problems and they also said, "That is only yours". It seems like a standard excuse here.

As if nothing were enough problems, the managing director from Germany also threatens him with a lawyer. I shouldn't make false statements.
This is really very dubious. Since the managing director from Germany generally twists the facts, I tried to contact Trotec Austria, but I haven't even received an answer here.
Trotec Germany only offered me a buyback. But guess what price !! ?? !!
Even the Trotec technicians felt sorry for us and said themselves, "what's going on up there is not normal".
I was "advised against" an evaluation, but I will not be intimidated and will now have to take legal action. Trotec is aware of the faults of the machines and nothing is done about them. There are already a few videos on YouTube that prove this.
I also have laser machines from a competitor and have not had any problems since then! They really care about the customers.

My conclusion:
- Very good service until purchase!
- 2 out of 2 machines with defects
- Service after purchase underground and untrustworthy. Presumably, therefore, all assessment options were also issued in Germany
- Defects were not corrected and I should take legal action
- in principle a total loss
- a manager who only twists the facts and even makes untrue claims.

We already had a small fire in the machine due to the lack, since the laser simply fired and stayed on the spot, the acrylic glass is burned. However, we cannot prove that.
