This was a return visit for the same problem. Service engine light on again for the same reason. They did get issue fixed this time but it took 2 weeks. Impossible to get ahold of the service advisor during that time. Left several messages. I spoke with him once after the first week but no other communication.. Finally got ahold of a different coworker on the 15th day and she was able to research and get an update, problem resolved, and get my car returned. Don't need minute by minute updates but atleast some form of communication of when it would be fixed. Or give a loaner so I am without a vehicle for 2 weeks. Or return calls and give some type of update.
