Dio and his team helped us tremendously! We were first time home buyers, we had a horrible experience prior to using Cornerstone Home Lending in which the lender lied to us and completely did not care about us! Thankfully Dio and his team helped us out, never letting us think that we were alone and always made us feel like we were the priority! We found out through them that the other lender skipped steps and did not get the documents that he needed to close on our house. Dio quickly got all of the information to pick up where we left off! Within a couple of weeks we were already talking about the closing date! Closing went perfectly! Thanks to Dio and his team, the house that we wanted is now our home!
