Not exactly what we expected. The hotel is need of additional staff as service is very slow in the pool area and lounge. Maintenance repairs are needed throughout like lobby bathroom with broken toilet paper holder, trim on door frame broken, closet doors hard to open, ect. Dinner at the Cannery was great and the gardens are lovely but I would not stay here again for the price as our room and stay was not worth $300 a night with taxes and resort fees.
