Spends forever taking time to respond back (from months to years). Buzzing away my messages. Relax inspections that make their conclusions wrong. Must constantly send documentation even because they are unable to do their job. Places where cars park incorrectly that block the sight of pedestrians and thus create dangerous situations for pedestrians, they refuse to do anything about. Ask me to call the towing center to tow away incorrectly parked cars when I discover them. Call their tow truck. The tow truck never arrives even if they say they are on their way. The incorrectly parked cars end up standing there for weeks on end. Feels like a bunch of incompetent people sitting in there.
