Jacqueline S. took my call late Sunday night, as I desperately needed septic tank repair. She was able to get me set up for service at 8:00am the next morning, and kept me informed about when exactly the team would arrive! George Y. was the lead Service Pro, and he was fantastic at setting me at ease, walking me through the project, explaining everything clearly and slowly. He encouraged me to watch, so that I knew how my septic system worked. He pointed out bad repairs previously rushed, and explained the science behind the repairs he was making. He and his team (Jerry D.) worked diligently for more than 6 hours, straight through lunch, and rain, always with a smile on their face. I even learned that George had previously worked with a family friend, and had many years of quality work behind him, giving me more confidence in his craftsmanship. Additionally, Todd H. worked on repairing our water line, which was discovered to have faulty connections. He too was thorough, and open to explaining his work (which I watched for a while).
I'm very pleased with the work, the manner it was completed, and how fast they all were. I was also given multiple payment options, including financing. While I may have paid more than some other companies, I do not question the high quality work, and am glad to know the job was done right; that's worth every penny! I will definitely be calling Rooter Plus in the future, although not for several years as my septic system is now in great shape thanks to George Y., Jerry D., and Todd H.!
