The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ride was comfortable although the views were not impressive. We saw some cows but not much else. It's mostly flat and featureless land. The staff are not too pushy for tips, but tipping was mentioned several times and is expected. They even had a couple bad guy actors walk down the aisle acting like it was a holdup, but they were really just getting tips. In all, the kids loved the trip and it made getting to the canyon easy. But I would drive next time.
