I recently had the opportunity to work with the team at this company and my experience was average. The customer service was satisfactory but I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times. The product itself was functional, but I wasn't overly impressed with the quality. I did appreciate the efforts made by the staff to address my concerns, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of overall customer experience. I would consider giving this company another chance in the future, but for now, I hope they take this feedback into consideration and work on enhancing their services.
