I have called corporate for management charging tenants for trash that wasn't theirs as well as not letting tenants see the apartment before signing the lease nobody ever called me back. The new neighbors are getting all their issues fixed but we can't they said due to covid they cant when they're fixing her friends apartment. Hmmm
