If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Magellan's customer service is among the best ive encountered in the logistics industry. When there is an issue, their team works hard to resolve it, instead of pushing you off to a different department, and giving you the run-around. I highly recommend this company to all businesses needing freight moved, and to all carrier's, small or large, that are seeking an asset-light transportation company to partner with.
