The best views and very friendly customer service....

The best views and very friendly customer service. However, it seems extremely popular, and that kind of created a slow down in the elevator and through navigating through people. Because it was pretty crowded this summer and you're already paying a resort fee, we didn't get any special Gold status perks either. Room never ended up getting colder than what felt like 72 deg F. Expensive parking even with much cheaper places at the casino and close by. The gym and pool also need to be updated with the rest of the hotel. Would like to see something, like an added voucher, for higher status members to make this 4-star hotel feel like an elevated experience for their members. Would stay again for the views!
