Forget attempting to sign up through their website...

Forget attempting to sign up through their website, they make it seem like you can then just give you an error code until you request a call back.

Don't even get me started on their billing practices. I have had multiple instances where I have a billing confirmation that I am paid and up to date, next thing I know it's 5 days later and they are cutting my power off saying it's past due. They are not customer service friendly and are a MONOPOLY in San Antonio. HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY CHOICE.
