Poor service and impossible to speak with an opera...

Poor service and impossible to speak with an operator, absurd !!
I wrote to the contact service 3 times without any reply when they should do it within 3 hours ... 3 days have passed.
They also didn't even leave the non-delivery slip in the post box, so I find myself with a loose parcel without being able to talk to anyone and without any documents.
