Wow, wow,wow! What can I say this team went to bat for us not once but twice. We did have credit challenges however even with that we were still treated as if we had perfect credit. No one looked down on our situation. Our first
deal was completed with virtually no issues. Our 2nd deal omg from finding the car to running on a goose chase for it to almost not being able to get it. The frustration was real however the team stayed the course. My husband and I absolutely love our cars and because of the hard work we are no longer in negative equity situations. Screaming from the rooftop thank you to Byron in finance you are certainly a Godgiven gift. You went to bat for us like we were family and we can t thank you enough. Tim in finance thanks for stepping in when needed and reassuring us. Last but not least Muhammed our sales rep we know the road was rough with that second deal but you hung in there with us.
