Very poor customer service in the shoe section. It started ok, I approached someone for some help and the response was fast. Gradually, the service started to turn really slow until the point where the guy disappeared with no notice at all. I asked a girl for some help but did not make the follow up and she disappeared too. I made my purchase and went out of the store with many questions about the product (because it was an urgent need) and wondering what had happened...
