Quite disappointing. The windows were dirty. They only clean them twice a year. And, I was told that that will be happening next in late April. You get ushered into the viewing areas for such a little bit of the time and there is no background of who, why or how it was built. I understand that it is a large building with two large towers attached together and that there is an observation area on one of the towers, but there is no soul or background to the building. There is nothing that makes you feel that you are learning or there is an in-depth experience when you are going up there. Being able to go through the observation areas for about 30 minutes in total is unexceptable. Furthermore, for the price they charge foreigners they should fix the elevators on the transfer floor between the 83rd and the 86th floors. That smaller elevators is certainly not smooth and caused guests to shreek when it shook and jumped. In my opinion, for a building that you have to book sometimes days in advance and the elevator is enclosed with fake visuals to simulate outside and shortness of the tour, it was not what I expected. It lacked a feeling, especially if you are not afraid of heights. Between, the faulty virtual reality games on the main observation and the numerous dirty windows, some even having hand prints on them outside. In my opinion, the pricing and the time spent was not worth what you get.
I hope they can improve on some, if not all of these points.
