The "designers" are inexperienced but savvy manipulative sales people who do nothing but sit back, lie, ignore you, and collect alot of profit for abusing the Toll Brothers customers.They cant think clearly, write the wrong orders, refuse to fix their very expensive mistakes that you will pay for.
