I am the administrator of a service company in Milan, and having need of more spacious offices, I contacted Prelios who had exposed his contact on the front door of a building in the area that interests me. Within an hour I called 4 times, 2 times the line fell in the passage of the phone call to the "colleagues of the salesman" and 2 times they were busy and therefore I was asked to call back. I wanted to clarify that I am the potential customer, that is, the one who pays for a service sooner or later, and therefore it would be more useful to take note and call back instead of losing contact. Then I realized that the conversation would have fallen on deaf ears ...
