Great bank to work with; a great way to manage your money consciously. I first found out about the bank through a coworker when I was working in SF, but even though I am no longer in the City, New Resource makes it easy to bank with them. I mostly use online banking to handle my money, and their partnership with other banking institutions helps me utilize ATMs all over the place to make deposits or withdrawals.

You can use any ATM in the city and they reimburse your ATM fees. It's easy enough to mail in checks - so there is rarely a reason to head down to their branch location.
