Highly disappointed with my experience with Jayman...

Highly disappointed with my experience with Jayman to buy first dream home. I signed an agreement with them for a single front garage on a new phase and according to Jayman, they could build single front garage or laned homes.
Later, they came back explaining that only laned homes can be build on the new phase.

It took a couple of weeks to learn all this and later when I requested for costing for the laned home they gave me pricing including a new price with an increase of approx 6K. When I questioned about this they did not do anything and it was like it is what it is . This was one of the horrible experience I have had dealing with them. If I were to know that new phase will have laned homes only then I would have booked laned home right in the beginning. And despite their fault they did not honor the applicable pricing of the laned home at the time when I signed the agreement. Forget about compensation, all I was hoping for at the end was to get the same pricing that was available a couple of weeks ago. Missed on 1 month time in all this process and blunder and now prices with all other builders have increased and good deals of December are gone. With their reputation in the market, this was not expected and will not recommend them.
