Came one day, told us they'd be open at 11:30 AM. Came back at 11:30 AM, said they'd be open at 12PM. 5 minutes later, they said they'd be open at 1:00 PM. Hard to find reliable hours on this place.

Came back the next day, got the Chairman Bao. It was good but our buns were cold (don't know if they're supposed to be). Wouldn't be worth an hour and a half wait, but if you're in the area you could check it out. Not worth going out of your way for.
