My radio looks nice and functions, almost. So my girlfriend bought a radio for my birthday from CCA with very few requirements when she walked in. One was that the radio would work with the steering wheel controls on my car.She was promised that it would, and it did not. (I've seen this functionality on other models of radio and we only learned of the lack of functionality after it was installed as we left the car there for the day, more on that later). After receiving the radio, very nice birthday present, I scheduled an appointment for the install. I was quoted $285 for an install. WTF! But not wanting to hassle with this myself I agreed. I dropped the car off in the AM, on a Friday and agreed to pick it up around 2pm that day. They said "No problem". Came in at 2:30, was told of the issue with the steering wheel, (no phone call during the day mind you) and was told that it would take about 10 more minutes to complete. I almost cancelled the install but was told CCA has exclusivity with Pioneer and they were informed that the issue with my car could be corrected in the near future. At that point I gave in, another mistake of mine...and told them to just finish my car up. The time to complete at this point went from 10 more minutes to 1 hour to "clear up the radio reception", which never happened. I would have paid to have an antennae installed if I knew it would be this bad. The sales person assured me that I would receive a discount on the install as they weren't able to do the steering wheel work. I got a call about an 2 hours later that the car was done. I went in and received a $10 discount for my trouble. I've dealt with ghetto style car audio places before and expected more from CCA based on others recommendations but this place was NO different.Ghetto. Buyer beware...

Update: I was contacted shortly after posting this review by Anthony at CCA. He went way out of his way in an attempt to make the issues I've listed above right. He scheduled a time to pick up my car around my schedule and spent an entire day working on it. He updated me multiple times during the day and treated me very well. Unfortunately, none of my issues have been fully corrected. Still no steering wheel controls and the tuner still has a bunch of static on most of the local stations. (It is somewhat better than before). Anthony has promised to follow up with a new product that could help with my steering wheel in a month or two and hopefully we can get the tuner corrected at that time as well. (It's not a huge issue for me and I don't want to be that guy with the complaining.) I'm very grateful that Anthony took the extra time to get in touch with me and work towards a solution. I'm adding two stars to my review based on his performance alone. I'll be happy to work with him in the future.
