First of all, I didn t even get to use their service as I was told by one of the scheduled employees that I had to wait a couple of months for pricing to go on sale since I could not afford to pay full price right away ( I could do a small down payment) EVEN THOUGH they said they do financing. I just wanted a free estimate as I m looking around FOR pricing only! Basically declined me and tried to get me to sign up for a credit card (no thank you)

The first time I called to schedule an appt for an estimate, the first lady was nice then got sent to another lady who was the main problem I dealt with.

She told me EVERYONE who lives in the house MUST be there at the ESTIMATE! I then told her multiple times my bf and I are not married, we did not get the house together, so therefore I AM the decision maker on what goes on and in the house. She kept arguing with me then had the audacity to ask Don t you want your bf to be there to decide? I told her no not really (him and I already had a deep conversation that I am the decision maker since he moved in with me) but kept forcing it upon me that he had to be there just for the estimate!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

So all in all, these past 2 phone calls were rude, sexist, and I got declined (and to wait for pricing to go on sale) since I did not want to open up a credit card right away & I have a car loan that hasn t been paid off yet! Such a shame!!!

I did not expect to be this ANGRY at a company employee or whoever she was, before!!! Especially before I even got the chance to get an estimate!!
