Bill is a great service advisor. We have searched for a decent dealership and staff that actually care about our vehicle like we do. Before we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Chapman Dodge, multiple other dealers couldn't figure out our suspension noise and shake. Bill and his technician at Chapman found and fixed the problem.
