My partner and I recently moved to Redmond, WA from Hawaii and was driving a Subaru BRZ. While that was fun and practical back home, it didnt make no sense driving it here in WA with longer car rides and the winter weather. So I decided I needed a bigger car with an AWD is something I really wanted, and knowing what I wanted I contacted several car dealerships. Im very happy and pleased that Audi contacted me as soon as I made it known I wanted an Audi Q3, they actually called me the very next day.

Tanbi was our sales consultant and she is very friendly. She left me a voicemail because I was at work that day and informed me about a special deal that was going on that exact day. The manager decided to have a $6500 off MSRP off an Audi Q3 but it was only an orange model. I was very skeptical because orange? c'mon. haha. But i decided to go down to Audi Bellevue after work at 5 to check out possibly driving off with a new car.

As we arrived around 515ish I was greeted with a smile from Tanbi. She made sure to answer all our questions and concerns.Her willingness to help was comforting and professional. She even gave us snacks and water while waiting for paperwork. When she gave us the keys to test drive, she made sure she showed us her two favorites features about the car and some interior system controls. It was beautiful! I fell in love! The car drove so smoothly like I was driving on a cloud. We were so excited and decided to purchase the Q3. She was so excited and happy for us as well.

Since then, she made sure to reach out to me about any concerns and questions regarding the car. Im just very pleased and happy that Tanbi gave me the best customer service I ever had, not just in a car dealership.
