We stayed here for 2 nights using a company promo code which cut the price in half. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The only confusing thing was the cab driver dropped us off from the back entrance, so to get to the lobby from the back, you have to take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hotel to another set of elevators, then back down to the front lobby. You would think they would just have a corridor from the front to the back or something.

The hotel is linked with another Rotana Hotel on the 3rd floor where you will find the reception and several restaurants. Free coffee and EXCELLENT dates were offered there all the time. My kids would race there just for the tasty dates. From this floor, you can take the elevators down for an easy access to the Ghurair Mall. We would go there to eat at the food court to save some $$$ sometimes. There is a good variety there.

I would recommend this hotel for families since the rooms are absurdly large.
