I placed an order about 4 weeks ago. I did not get...

I placed an order about 4 weeks ago. I did not get an order conformation yet my bank account was debited. I have emailed to ask if I my order exists because there is no order confirmation nor a order number which they require to inquire about an email. It states on the confirmation email that they received my email asking about my order. It also states that I should allow 48-72 hours (business days) for a response. It's been 6 days. I call and goes straight to voicemail. VM states an to email and that they would answer in 24-48 hours. I have no answers and they have my money. Plus, they keep sending emails trying to get me to spend my money with them... Why would I do that? #notahappycustomer
