This appointment was scheduled for my teenager. We arrived about 40 minutes early because it was our first time and I knew there would be paperwork to fill out to become an established patient. Needless to say, we were there waiting for over TWO HOURS. My child kept saying "Mom, let's just go" I read several reviews before choosing to schedule the appointment and I saw that someone else had a similar experience. That review I thought about as we waited and WAITED. However, after finally meeting with Dr. Dena Anderson, we were very pleased with her knowledge, her bedside manner, and her willingness to listen and answer any cares or concerns that we had. Jill assisted and made sure all of our instructions were written down in an easy to follow method. (Remember, TEENAGER!) I hope and pray that our follow appointment will go much smoother in the waiting room. If it doesn't, you'll know all about it!
