Bjorn was more than pleasant and easy to work with. I had a DUI 2 weeks after my 21st birthday and I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out the next steps. The process of the classes, counseling, community service etc seemed overwhelming and very kafkaesque. But the day after I got out of jail I went to Bjorn and he was hyper understanding and helping. He showed me exactly what to do and gave me a folder of all the steps I had to go through and would check in regularly to check on my progress and made the whole process painless. When it came to the court date he was able to get my sentence reduced which was amazing and a huge load off my shoulder. I can't stress how amazing, professional and personable he was and made me feel like everything was going to be alright. I wish I could give him a 6/5.
