Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. Hotel looks very nice. But they need to improve on details to justify high price and 5 stars. Door eyehole was broken in our lake view luxury room, balcony door was also broken and very hard to open/close. Can't expect it from 5 star luxury hotel.
