Actually this was a 2nd visit to the hotel, and coz of the friendly and warm environment ambience from the hotel that we decide to do a 2nd visit and yet we still have it, only lack of the time from checking in or checking out, since the hotel quite crowded even on week days, so takes quite long for our turn to be served and yes it happened on both visits, overall everything is great!
