Amrit has so far saved my trip more than once, most recently by rebooking my flights ahead of typhoon Mangkhut and even finding me a hotel in fully booked Singapore during F1 weekend. As a small business owner, I long thought online travel agents provided low prices and fast responses, but they still can't compete with the level of care and service Amrit and her team provide when I simply say "please take care of this trip for me". They have impressed me with their prices and even bent over backwards to help make out invoices in my client's preferred currency.
