Update: Got a call from the president of the company apologizing for the miscommunication on the install date, it is impressive how they value customers and strive to meet their expectation. Will update once the installation is done.

Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't vent my frustrations here enough. It's been about two months since the first time we got the process started, from scheduling appointment, to have the designer come to our home, drafter appointment, and yet we haven't got the window shades treatment done still. I'm appalled by the worst customer service. Wish there was a way to put in negative stars.
