I brought my car yesterday and Ryan helped me.
I m so thankful for him because he really listened to me and understand my situation. Believe it or not, I don t know anything about my car. I just literally Drive it. My husband takes good care of the maintenance and everything. So yesterday my car s protective undercover fell off and I don t know what happened, it just fell and skid on the road, so I brought my car to the shop, waited maybe around 20-25 mins, I m a walk in client, so I understand why I m waiting for so long and then Ryan approached me. Asked me what s my car s problem. I tried to explain what happened, since I don t know anything about my car or even the papers or the insurance I called my husband, and ask Ryan if he can deal with him through the phone, and he gladly did it. The next thing I know I got the keys from one of the staff and let me borrow a car from BMW.

That s it. easy breezy and I m out from the office.

My point is, I m just thankful for Ryan, he did a good job! He did an extra effort to make me feel a VALUED COSTUMER. BMW should hire someone like Ryan and keep him. He s defined an asset!

having Bryan as my consultant makes my Monthly payment even more WORTH IT!!!!!
