had another ER experience elsewhere shortly after visiting Alta Bates.
The comparison of experiences under the circumstances made me appreciate the services delivered by the Alta Bates ER staff. Dealing with a stressful health situation is challenging at best and I m grateful for the genuine attention and care provided.
