I used to think that Galles was the crem de la creme of auto dealerships. Ever since I bought my 4x4 Silverado two years ago I have had to take my truck in for service five times. Out of the five times I have taken my truck in, I have had four bad experiences.
Make that five bad experiences. My battery went dead recently on my Silverado and I needed advice on a good replacement battery. Two phone calls ended in the receptionist sending me to two hangups. The third phone call went to a service department voicemail mail. It didn't matter as the person who got the voicemail never called back. I love my Silverado, but I'm not buying anything from Galles ever again.
I can't count on getting responsible service. One good outing out of 6 is 17%; not good in my book.
