First off the location of the place was great, vie...

First off the location of the place was great, view of the river and just great location in general. But the numerous issues that arose took away from this:

-Doug the Caretaker\Manager of the facilities would not let anyone talk when they tried asking questions about anything, and would always cut anyone off when they were even responding to a question. Took four times to finally get a question asked, and before he responded the response was, "Are you really going to get attitude with me? I can easily just give back your money order if you're going to be like this."

-I am moving in with my good friend whom is African and Doug would never respond to him once. He came off as pretty much racist; we met with him in person and would never state responses to our questions to him just myself. We called him multiple times to get help on the cost for specific things before even trying to transition into the facility, but out of the numerous times calling would never return my friend's calls once. When we entered the room he would move to the side I was on and never shook his hand even after he did mine. There was a few other things in regards to this as well.

-When calling upon getting help for the location, any questions honestly, they were always directed to him. Nobody was ever able to answer any questions we had no matter what it was. Called initially the first time and just asking if there were any openings, about the money for the place, etc. just basic questions and everything was "written\taken down" and given to him. Lat time I checked if this is a so-called "big business for properties" wouldn't that mean the individuals taking calls should know these basic questions, but hey that's just hypothetically speaking.

-If the call lasted longer than 4:30 pm then the call would be done and nobody would continue even if there were any other questions to be asked. I know one of the calls I was receiving the information over the phone that again, Doug left for us, and we got about a fourth of the way through and the individual on the call stated it's time to go and get off the phone. I do fully understand the general notions about no overtime, or similar concepts, but last time I did also check we are paying money to live in this establishment, wouldn't the general concept be that we are customers, again hypothetically speaking.

Now it isn't my intent to ever bash a corporation at all, but everything about this "business" came off interestingly bad. I say this because of just every time we came into the place of establishment the individuals would look at us weird, and when my friend would go to ask questions they wouldn't really pay him any mind and look somewhere else, or just at me then respond to me even though I wasn't the person asking the question. I needed some help with the monetary payments due to medical complications, and I went in with her, there were snide remarks and comments about this factor.

Doug, whom has been with INH Properties for I believe 20+ years, really needs a complete reality check. For the intense conversation and not letting people ask simple questions, for his mere intent on not wanting certain people inside his living establishment, and just so much more. I have never been treated like this, and the pure reality that I had again witness the actions of someone towards a friend whom is a POC, and everyone else within the "business" with similar actions, I honestly don't and can never fathom how this place stays open, unless it's only white people they deal with whom accept such negative accolades. Sad how an accolade is suppose to bring insight upon positivity, but this was the worse experience I have ever had with anyone, and I truly hope those individuals actually learn something from how they treated me, but moreover, my friend.

Have a good day!
