We replaced 29 windows in our old house 14 years ago and they made a big difference. Recently i noticed 4 of the sashes had lost their seal and were cloudy. On a whim i checked the website and discovered they were still under warranty, so i contacted them about the problems. Jennifer in Customer Service was very helpful with my claim and walked me through the process of finding the manufacturing information i needed to have free replacements made for me. It's nice to know Harvey stands by it's promises.
