Busy because it's on 7th avenue and across from Madison square gardens. But the room smells. Walk with fabreez!!!!!. No washrags.. The towels are.worn bare and you cannot get anyone to answer the phone because you were assigned the wrong room nor to bring you an extra pillow if needed.
