We have had btel internet & cable for several year...

We have had btel internet & cable for several years. Occasionally a problem would arise but it was always resolved in a timely fashion. They have always been courteous to me. I don t understand all these bad reviews. I m assuming they are warranted but this has not been my experience.
Also yesterday we received a letter from btel that they ha e a Harvey Relief fund & for us to visit their office to collect as they know our house was flooded. WHAT CABLE/INTERNET COMPANY HAS DONE THIS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS??? NONE that I am aware of. THANK YOU BTEL
