Our air conditioning unit was seriously damaged and inoperable (during the month of July ... HOT!). After calling a couple of competitors, we called Family Danz. Throughout getting repairs done, everyone encountered at Family Danz was considerate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We knew the repairs could be costly, very costly, since the unit is 15 years old. But they offered a solution that cost probably half of what the the competitors suggested was the only solution. Work was completed as quickly as possible without issue. Thanks to all at Family Danz, especially "Doug 3" who handled the initial call and returned to complete the work (after a needed part arrived.) WE ARE APPRECIATIVE... Ken B. Clifton Park, NY
