Kelvin was super nice and knowledgable. Asking a dealer who also have a used car department to fix a 12yr old Odyssey as new as possible at affordable cost is a stretch. In my past, either they want to quote high so they can buy it for their own resell, and/or sell a new one to you. For a service team to remain neutral and keep a customer shows strength of their overall culture.
