My experience has not been so pleasant! The first day I filled out everything online and spoke with Sales person LaTasha and told her what I expected and answer all questions upon arrival. I was there for 3+ hours test drove a Explorer that was great for my family and basically was told the approval will go through with a 90% chance via Finance department Victor and signed all forms as if the SUV was mine including signing my trade in forms and etc. Left in my current vehicle, that now has a missing rear View mirror that was broken by whoever drove my car for the appraisal. The 2nd day more info was needed via text message and phone call by LaTasha, Victor, and Kenneth R. I sent all requested info. I then get a call from LaTasha stating to come in and I will be leaving in the car I test drive-her exact words. My family and I arrive at location just to get turned around with no SUV but a free full tank of gas in my current vehicle. By this time I feel overwhelmed, lied to, frustrated, and ready to give up! I was told not to feel that way I m approved with conditions and the bank just needed the proof to back up the approval. 3rd day, I have received a lot of false answers and the runaround. I was told several diff times of when someone will reach out to me and I never heard from anyone I always have to end up calling. Then when I finally got a call; I still didn t get a straight forward answer by this time that s all I want is the truth which I already felt like it was No. Received a text from Kenneth stating the approval is No. lol then the 4th day received a call from Victor that has now returned to work from being sick two days ago, stating that the manager is working on my file it s pending but he will keep me updated and explained why I then expressed to him about my mirror the 2nd time and express my experience. I was told a manager will reach out to me to discuss my mirror and experience. I haven t received a call yet but received an survey email to feel out, now I m here.Other than all of the confusion while at the location the staff made my family and I comfortable with popcorn, interacting, and ask if we wanted water with a smile on everyone s face.
