I want to thank the wonderful family at Simone and Son. I say family because that is how I feel I was treated, namely Nick & Shant. As you know or can imagine buying an engagement ring is rife with feelings and anxieties. Both of these gentlemen delivered all of the support I as a customer needed to feel comfortable. The perfect amount of humor and facts helped me to create the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, perfect for my queen. Everyone should be lucky enough to enjoy this experience.
