Living in Idaho most my life I was used to the roads and construction constantly making life a lot harder. Then I went to Utah for a week and was reminded about how much better there system was by talking to family and driving the roads. They make repairs and redo roads that don't really need it but by the time they start to address real issues they are out of funding?? Honestly its fine once you get used to it, but it could be so much better.
