Four stars for staff and breakfast, especially the coffee (best hotel coffee I've had in 20 years & real bagels, too).

Three stars for layout of hotel: Must go outside to access breakfast, on a snowy & wet morning, not a pleasant experience. Also, short flight of stairs from rooms in the 100s to lobby were hard to negotiate with heavy suitcase ... no elevator).

Three stars because no hot water/coffee in lobby. Would've been nice coming in on a stormy night.
