Everyone was very friendly and that s why I m giving a second star, but I was not impressed and will not buy a vehicle here again. Initially the salesperson did not even get back to me. They did not offer incentives to buy from them. I found out in an email, after purchase, from the service manager that the first year of service is complimentary. My salesperson never mentioned it. I had to redo all the paperwork I did online on the day of purchase. I was there longer than I should have been the day I bought the car due to errors on their end. I also feel like they swindled me out of my trade-in value. I d previously been in an accident with the vehicle. I was told this would make it harder for them to get a good value in re-sale. I now see they ve listed it for more than double what they gave me and not too far off from what it cost brand new! Live and learn. I should have done my research and shopped around.
