Far too BUSY so had a chat with management and they are resolving this issue in the medium term.

So a slight victim of its own success.

I came here 10 years ago and loved it. The grounds are beautiful. And it wasn't too busy.

I must say the staff are absolutely lovely so the staff and the grounds are tip top. From bellmen to receptionists to waiters they are so friendly and give you that warm smile that feels genuine. Good management there



So it really is a great place. I must also comment on the food, it's excellent. I'm constantly travelling around the world so am a bit of a foody, and the food is surprisingly good.

Great place but they need to restrict bookings. I finally got a 30 minute massage and the masseuse told me they had 18 people working on treatments and 1 stand by, that's 19 masseuses, so I can see why they aren't turning people away, they're making a killing.

There's room here for a Four Seasons or Penny Hill Park the 2nd, in Ascot.

Summary; if you don't mind crowds and you don't mind eating, swimming and relaxing in close quarters with others then this place is amazing. It probably doesn't help that I've just got back from the Maldives so don't want to all ear bias, overall this place is very good.
